Preventing School Shootings

In the wake of the deadly school shooting in Florida, there's been a national conversation about how to protect students. Stricter gun laws, a ban on assault weapons, better interventions, even arming teachers. How would that work? Would it make schools safer or, with more guns, more dangerous? On The Sound of Ideas, discussion with local schools superintendents, a violence prevention researcher and a gun expert whose organization trains teachers.
